Uppsala Cathedral

In the same day, we went from the small medieval parish church in Old Uppsala to the soaring Gothic cathedral in the city.

Here is the gorgeous gilded pulpit. And one of the side altars. I assume this is the tomb of a Swedish king and queen, but I don't know who. They're peacefully sleeping with their gold crowns and sceptres. In the park nearby, we saw this Viking rune stone.
